جمعية الأطفال المعوقين :
منذ تأسيسها عام 1402هـ ، سعت جمعية الأطفال المعوقين للوفاء برسالتها تجاه المجتمع، وتمكنت بتوفيق من الله ثم بمساندة أهل الخير من تحقيق الكثير من أهدافها وفي مقدمتها:

توفير الخدمة الشاملة والمتخصصة للطفل المعوق سواء كانت علاجية أو تعليمية أو تأهيلية ومساندة أسرته في تقبل حقائق الإعاقة وطرق التعامل معها.
القيام بدور فعال في مهمة تثقيف وتوعية المجتمع بمسببات الإعاقة وطرق الوقاية منها بقصد تكوين مواقف إيجابية للتعامل مع الإعاقة وقاية وعلاجاً.
المساهمة في بناء قاعدة علمية لبرامج رعاية المعوقين من خلال دعم البحوث والدراسات في هذا المجال.
برامج الرعاية بالجمعية:
تقدم المراكز التابعة للجمعية خدمات علاجية وتعليمية وتأهيلية واجتماعية مجانية لأكثر من ثلاثة آلاف طفل وطفلة سنوياً ممن يعانون من الإعاقة المركبة ,و تتكامل في أدائها الأقسام الطبية والتعليمية التي تتضمن وحدات العيادات الاستشارية والعلاج الطبيعي والعلاج الوظيفي وورش الجبائر والوسائل المساعدة وعيادات علاج عيوب النطق وعلل الكلام وعيادات الأسنان وعيادة العظام, إضافة إلى الفصول التعليمية وأقسام الخدمة الاجتماعية والتدريب الداخلي والرعاية النفسية, ومساكن الأطفال.

Tasheel - Disabled Childrens Association :
Since its inception in 1402, Disabled Childrens Association has sought to fulfill its mission towards society, and managed grace of Allah and the support of good people to achieve many of its objectives, particularly:

Comprehensive and specialized service for the provision of a disabled child, whether therapeutic, educational or rehabilitation and support of his family to accept the realities of disability and ways of dealing with them.
To play an active role in the task of educating and raising community awareness of the causes of disability and methods of prevention with a view to formation of positive attitudes to deal with disability prevention and treatment.
Contribute to building a scientific base for programs take care of people with disabilities by supporting research and studies in this area.
Care programs Society:
Provide the Assembly free therapeutic, educational, rehabilitation and social services centers for more than three thousand boys and girls each year who suffer from complex disabilities, and integrated in the performance of medical and educational departments that include units advisory clinics, physiotherapy, occupational therapists, workshops splints and aids clinics treating defects speech and the ills of speech and clinics dental clinic bone, in addition to teaching classes and sections of social service and internal training and psychological care, housing and children.
